- Unboxed products are simply unsealed products.
A renewed product is a high-quality, like-new item that's either refurbished, preowned, or open-box. Pre-owned products have been owned by a previous customer but remain in fully functioning condition and QC verified by the Team - The warranty for these products is 6 months of manufacturing warranty.
- The customer will have to send the product to the service center for warranty purpose
