Warranty Information and Policy
*New products: Every FIFINE product purchased from an authorized reseller is covered by a limited Carry in warranty for a period of 1 Year from its original date of purchase.
Carry In Warranty: The customer will have to bring in the product or courier the product to the service center. One side cost of the courier will be beared by the customer.
FiFine will repair or replace any part of the faulty unit which may prove defective under normal use and service during the offered warranty time period.
Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase for a valid warranty claim.
*Unboxed products: These are unsealed products where in the product packaging may be damaged however the product is as good as new. These products might have been used by a customer and then returned in mint condition and have been QC verified by our team. These products come with a 6 months warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear. Periodic use of product and accessories due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.
Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) broken seals or that show evidence of tampering, are excluded from coverage.
Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than Origin Marketing service center are excluded from coverage.
